Return Policy

  1. Contact Customer service cs@hebrewfashion.net or return@hebrewfashion.net & provide invoice number in subject field and reason for return. Also include billing address and contact information of purchaser

  2. Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).

  3. Enclose the returns portion of the original packing slip with the item. be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.

  4. If product is damage upon receiving your return for refund, Hebrew Fashion will not be responsible and will not commit to refunding your funds.

  5. We donot accept c.o.d deliveries.

  6. We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Hebrew Fashion receipt/invoice receipt. All Hebrew Fashion merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return or exchange.

  7. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered custom-made or personalized items or Clearance items.

  8. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

  9. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product.

  10. We recommend that you use ups or insured parcel post for your return and note the tracking number from your return to ensure that the package arrives at the warehouse.
